Hi, I want to register an LLC/company in the US for my digital marketing agency which includes social media marketing, website development, etc. However, I am not really sure which state to go for, some are saying Delaware, others say Wyoming. What are the pros and cons of each state specifically for a digital marketing agency? I personally want to register in some reputable state (like CA, or NY) but not sure what the tax/annual fee be like. Looking for guidance.

    I’m in DE operating as a branding agency, DE still has income tax (highest bracket is 6.6%) but low or no fees for businesses. I think registering as a sole prop (business license) is free, LLC was like $150 I thought? I could be wrong, it’s been awhile. Property tax is low here as well but you probably won’t have a B&M. I’m not sure about non-citizen fees/process.
