We have tools to create logo by using minimalism parameter. Also we trained our own text2gif model. We have affordable stripe subscriptions.
However, nobody bought a single subscription 💀

You made a subscription model for building logos? Something someone generally only needs once? Why would anyone pay a monthly subscription to create their logo?
Let alone the many free options. And otherwise the extremely crowded market of logo creation for pennies.

Sorry I missed that we pay as you go to buy few tokens per one time and subscriptions.
But you are right about freemium, however unit economy seems to be negative in free models rn due to gpu costs
