I would do two events weekly and post on facebook about events. Whether it’s a game night, quiz night, widow support group, knitting night etc.

You have a very low profit margin. You either need to figure out how to get 50 people in a day who spend 10 bucks or 100 people in who spend 5 a day.

For what it’s worth, in December 2007 everyone coming into my business said they were getting laid off. 2008 was my worst year for business. It happened over night. Save your money and be frugal.
