The financial services end of a small business really sucks. Especially for a very small business like a cleaner. So I get why they’d be cash only. But yeah you definitely need to have a ton of change available. $79 seems super cheap even for a 1 bedroom apartment so I guess you get what you pay for?

It’s my biggest lead generator. I pay a third party company that provides CRM, pulls data for those likely to be good leads, sends the cold emails. Once I have a call to action answered from a cold email it goes into my pipeline and I work. For someone who has zero employees it’s super helpful for me to only spend time on warm leads. I do SEO, PPC and direct mailers as well. But cold emailing is the foundation.

My business is very seasonal so it’s pretty easy for me to coordinate. My extended family planned a big trip during my busy season this passed year it’s was a little stressful and I had some small fires to put out remotely but I managed and enjoyed the trip. Off-season travel is way better though.
