Some gut check q first:

1. How long did it take you to do all of this?
2. Is what you did easily replicated or not?
3. Could your work be recreated in a short time given enough money?
4. Do you believe your partner can actually deliver on his promises?
5. How are your negotiation skills?
6. Do you have a last resort option of all your talks w him break down?
