If you are struggling to get a tech founder just take a step back and find some ways to make few thousands of dollars. Use that on upwork to hire someone. I started my SaaS that way. Right now you have nothing. Stop depending on others and go make some money (consulting, productised service etc) and hire someone for the MVP.
