This is a super simple to the point Landing Page I would say.
I think you can start marketing to land some customers, also track user behaviors with Analytics tool, add a chat bot so that visitors can contact first.

Yes, Sideproject worked the best for me.
But not all posts in Sideproject did well. Maybe timing and content type both need to be accurate.
You’re teaching codes to kids.
But where’s the content? I didn’t saw anything related to curriculum, methods, and teachers.
Who are the teachers?
Before jumping into UI design updates, provide some value, there’s not much information that will attract me to sign up.
Provide the below items 👇
What are you building actually?
Like I’m a designer, if I have to build a SaaS product, I might need to partner up with a Developer. Or, I need to hire someone and do the work. I don’t have much technical knowledge it will be tough.
Plus, If you’re a developer, you might need a designer as a partner, to design the SaaS. Or, you can use some design library to release the MVP.
The questions is, what are you up to? What are your domain expertise?
I liked how detailed you wrote about your problems. Most of the users just write within 4/5 lines with no context.
However, you can start with making plugins and selling them on platform like codecanyon. No design skills are needed.
I do need to publish a couple of more posts to decide on this.
Out of my 7 posts, only one went viral. Other posts got 400-2k+ views each.
I need to post 10-15 more posts to analyze which time is the best to post.
What is your app about?
I think you should have included more info in the post, so that we can provide valuable insights.
Yes, that is true happiness.
But remember don’t jump into solutions what your users say all the time.
You need to list down all the features your users are asking for, prioritize them, analyze them, and then start building.
You need to avoid Feature Creep as a young entrepreneur. Good luck.
Are you trying affiliate marketing on a commission-based?
If you have good sales experience, you can hook yourself into high-value products. Ping the SaaS founders they are looking for a partnership on commission based for each customer/client you bring.
Remember, every indie hackers are looking for marketers, sales people to partner with on commission-based.
I’m also from a third-world country.
It’s easy to blame others when I can’t make the advancement I’m aiming for. Though I know there are some tough situations.
In my country, I’ve seen hundreds of Entrepreneurs making millions by Facebook Page not even a website.
One of the common things in 3rd world countries are dense population. So you can reach with your products to a wider audience.
As you have sales expertise, source products that you feel are unique and sell. Take a few courses if necessary.
An experienced guy like you can make more I believe.
What are your skills?
Are you a designer? a developer? a plumber what are you good at?
If you don’t have any particular skill, then start doing some laborious work, earn some and start investing in gaining skills.

Only SaaS products? Can I share my subscription based design services?
May be you’re target audience isn’t correct.
I had experience dealing with consumer products. I had to face backlashes when my targeting is incorrect. People starts to misbehave. In that case I don’t bother, as they will never be my customers.
Respectfully avoid them.
Hello,
I would love to see your portfolio. It doesn’t matter how many years of experience you do have, it’s how much you grew, what are your skills, how are you positioning yourself.
Try posting on X, LinkedIn, Dribbble, and Behance. Let me know what methods are you trying to showcasing your work?
There are services that offer $4990 & $6490. It all depends on your experience and business position whom you target as your clients.
Yeah probably. These are also some marketing and UX gigs.
Great news. Glad you got some traction.
I do run a DaaS (Design as a Subscription) business. I launched on several platforms like HackerNews, Indie Hackers, Reddit, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
I also don’t have many followers on social media. But I got a hit post on Reddit.
I posted a couple of articles on multiple subreddits. Out of them, r/SideProject worked really well. The post got 17k+ views and counting.
I got almost 500+ visitors from that post, but not any conversion yet.
I will give another try to HackerNews.
That’s upsetting but True.
Have you tried running a discount campaign?
If not you should try.
Also, what about providing a membership card to the customers? After 5 haircuts you’ll get a FREE haircut.
In my local car washer, I got something similar, after 4 washes I get a FREE wash.
Let us know if that works.
