We aren’t. Hence the post!
Bottom line is everything is expensive. But the value isn’t there. Restaurants in particular. Prices have gone up. Service has gone way down. I’m not paying for people to ruin my meal anymore.
Lenders love this. Loans people can’t repay are the new thing to sell to investors. They love it when things go on pause and interest still runs. It’s an evil world.

I always watch box companies and ups to decide where the economy is really going.
It’s inflation. People are going to the stores and deciding they’ll get by without after looking at prices. I am one of them.
It’s everyone. Prices are starting to hit people. No one is shopping.
