I have met quite a few people who have gone all in and spent a ton of $$$$ on a site, app or video channel only to have them become ghost towns.

You really do need a solid network for quick success or incredibly deep pockets. You can try setting up a booth at AvN or Xbiz but they are expensive and no guarantee you’ll get anything out of it.
