I’ve been slowly adding capabilities like web search, image generation, reminders. But I’m honestly not sure if customers find them appealing or if the largest draw is just using GPT-4 itself.

Now that OpenAI has released a whole lot of additional capabilities into ChatGPT, I’m starting to doubt this is sustainable as a long term project since I’m competing on the capabilities front with the largest players.

How do you decide when to abandon a project and move on to the next thing?
