You could more than afford a project manager buddy. It sounds like you need one.

You have a successful highly profitable business, reputation and business model - primed for growth.

Get a PM to manage all the bullshit, do some of your estimates etc and focus on growing the shit out of it. In five years you could be answering the phone on a fishing trip in Alaska while your minions do all the work.
