It depends on your college and alumni. Go for a college where students come from across the globe.

Also moving from a tech role to management and business needs a different mindset. So be prepared for the roller coaster.

If you are a networking kind of person - you will enjoy.

Also looks like you plan to move out of your current job as your company plans to have teams work from office.

Once you start your venture - you may end up meeting, networking, visiting suppliers, customers, prospects- So be prepared that your venture may not be a complete remote work.

From my experience managing teams, I believe that most of the members 1.like a meaningful role where they make an impact. 2. Want to grow professionally 3. Want to learn and Build skills 4. Make bucks
