I always liked how government jobs gave large amounts of PTO and unused time got paid out at the end of the year. The flexibility of this works well for different people.

Most people I know that buy into the hustle culture aren’t actually really hustling. They are the ones that makes hustle culture seems so toxic. They spend more time talking about the hustling than actually doing the hustling and fabricating everything to make it seem like they are hustling.

Before hiring another person why not find some work for your team to get through the slow time and not lose all of your employees?
