Blocking time out on my calendar helps with my procrastination so I can’t say much about brain steps, but I think having a goal-oriented outcome that follows the streaks can be the main motivation of using your app.
Ultimately I get satisfaction from crossing things off my to-do list, but I’m not sure how it’ll work exactly with your concept of how brain steps are calculated. Something to consider I guess!
