Hi, as someone that is currently pursuing this venture, i’m not sure if this is the sort of venture that would have immediate assistance in helping your uncle’s financial struggle.

Although the frozen ready-to-cook venture is still booming, it requires heavy time and capital investments and unlikely you produce your desired results in short time.

If you’re looking for immediate relief of financial struggles, i would recommend 2 ways

    1. Sell within your local community and advertise it so people can buy your food and you can either deliver it yourself or get someone to deliver it for you.

    2. if you’re still interested in pursuing the frozen ramen business, then start as a home kitchen. of course there won’t be any branding and such but you can market it as home-cooked frozen meal. no preservatives, etc etc. but it definitely come with some risks.

Just remember, you’re not only selling a product, you’re selling something for people to consume, hence cleanliness and ingredient integrity is key to ensure that you don’t have any problems from your consumers.

good luck and if you need more advise. DM me. we can definitely discuss this together since i’m almost launching my own brand of frozen ready-to-cook noodles.
