I work mostly with “Luxury” services. For me, November was my busiest month since I started 1,5 years ago. Prior to that I worked for a company doing some similar things and it was never as it was for me. It’s probably all due to me working with high asset clients.

Tips in your business model should not be expected. Have that cost in your prices if you are needing it to turn a profit. Now, if someone tips on top of your new pricing then it is totally extra.
