Talk to people who want to take breaks from their screens. See if you can find a group of people who are similar and like the direction of your solution. Then iterate to see if you can get them to use this long-term.
Some ideas I have for you:
Allow user-contributed break suggestions
Tailor suggestions to a certain audience (age, region, relationship status, income, etc.)
Explore distribution methods (SEO, browser plugin, app)
