Sometimes an owner treats employees like gold & they dump on you, steal, go out on their own. Been there. Sometimes ownership pays badly, while ownership is paid handsomely, spies on their employees, & only looks for other solutions when forced to by things like retirement. Either way, employees often feel beaten down and equate “busy” with profitable. You need to try & see it from their side. Or not.
