From my perspective, it seems more like everyone thinks they could/should be the boss, but has no real understanding or appreciation for what it actually takes. It’s magical thinking, and they wonder what makes YOU special and not THEM. It’s “haves” versus “have-nots”.

I know a lot of people like this. I think it’s less about a rude awakening that they could do the same if they worked hard, and more about one of “us” magically becoming one of “them”. They want a piece but could never imagine how difficult it is.

Lol when my husband was power washing a few summers ago, he SO wanted to name his business Guns N Hoses. He’d had a lot of fun making the logo (two power washing wands crossed, in the style of Guns N Roses). We put that name to rest though lol.
