By “latest design published” do you mean the general look of the website or do you mean publishing any content such as a new portfolio piece or blog too?

I looked up the creative businesses in my area and found around 10 ranging from graphic designers to marketing agencies, which would seem like quite a saturated market. However just the baseline of how I would do things would be better than 7 of them already leaving only 3 true competitors to innovate against. So yeah doing something that exists and simply doing it better is already viable in itself.
