I feel your pain, am in a similar stage of burnout and am just numb trying to make it though each day without losing my shit.

I totally understand and struggle with this myself. I try and remind myself to just keep my head down and do what I do and do it well because that’s the only thing in my control 🤷🏻‍♀️
