10 months agoDon’t pay them. If you don’t have proof that they worked, they didn’t work.
I know it sounds like a scummy asshole but that will force them to figure it out. That’s part of their job and right now it’s hurting you, make it hurt them.
Make a goal to get to $500k MRR and sell the business, retire.
