Sounds very reasonable. Starting as early as you are and gaining relevant experience is key. Being able to build experience and money initially as a freelancer and then leveraging the money and experience over to your own apps seems like a good path.

For me I’d say having a vision and belief. If I believe in what I’m doing, I don’t need anyone else’s belief. I just need my own action.
