You have a lot of work to do.

the domain is terrible. You won’t see any traction with a domain like that.

the UI is confusing and doesn’t follow any standards at all.
I understand you’re looking for advice, but all I see is a basic mock-up that doesn’t make much sense.
If you’re a dev, I think you need a designer on your team more than a marketer at this stage.
