I see that you use an accounting software for the payment arrangement most of the people that use this have the similar question that you are asking however i would suggest you to make a simple system for your self with a one time fee but since it will be dedicatedly for you, you would be able to easily manage it.

Further more it’s much more secure then a subscription service because i have seen multiple instances where the data get’s leaked but with your dedicated system you will be much more secure.

Man that’s a wonderful decision if you know work, i know a friend who’s worked on something like this i helped him with some development work so he can get started , now he is living the best time of his life, so my advice is go for it… there would be few bumps along the way but that is just life so don’t worry about it keep your game steady and you will be alright.
