Start your own software. Have your iddle devs work on it.

I’ve automated most of of my business and I’m sure you can do it to some extend.

You could also get a partner and they can help you make everything smoother and grow the company against % of the shares.

You could step down and hire a CEO while you focus on something you enjoy more. Maybe sales or HR.

No matter which business you are in, it will seem boring after a while. I think your issues are small compared to many businesses.
