1 year agoEuropean patent applies to whole of the EU. Then you file a patent for the US, Canada and Australia and have pretty much the whole western world covered

I never said it does. Just wanted to clarify that if i register a patent at the EU patent agency it won’t apply only to my country whichever that is.
