1 year agoPerhaps the landlord is doing updates to the space on their own. But if it’s a full renovation, yes, I’ve seen some take an extremely long time. Perhaps the new tenant moving in required a lot of tenant improvements, in which case they certainly negotiated with the landlord on timing and cost and rent payments.
I appreciate your gusto but I really think you’re gonna be battling uphill on this one the entire time. “Small business owners” are way too large of a demographic, so maybe figure out a niche business where you could help those operators with niche solutions.
Your intentions are good but a $10 coffee card is not compelling for me to help you start your own business. I will consult someone on how to start their own version of what I do for tens of thousands of dollars, but otherwise I’m laser beamed focused on my own brand OR taking mental breaks like this and zoning out.
