If it’s that easy why doesn’t the quarter or venue simply do it themselves?
It’s likely there’s a bunch of stuff you’re not accounting for since you have never done it.
Why not start calling people and keeping a document with everything you learn during the process, do the legwork.
It’s consulting, it’s valuable for the knowledge you have. I don’t think someone with 6 months of training would be able to deliver.

Maybe as an experiment have one of your kids or relatives run it for 6 months, prove that it can run without you.
It’s a cool idea, but 99% of users are going to end up on IMBD, and I don’t think you have the money to advertise or run operations.
Maybe take it as learned experience about operating costs and put it in your resume. AI generally requires high processing costs $$, does your app really need this? Maybe you simply can’t support that feature due to costs.
I would also consider revamping the UX, seems a bit cluttered.
I’ve been coding professionally for 12+ years (~16 if you count hobby stuff).
I would focus on the business side, determine if you even need an MVP. 90% of business ideas aren’t ready to code anything.
Bet the business idea, determine the use cases, figure out the screens. Then if you truly do need something hire someone in Europe to build it for you.

I wouldn’t worry about your idea getting stolen.
Ideas are only valuable if you can execute on them better than everyone else, have done the pre-work to make it succeed, or have another competitive advantage.
Ex: You could make a clone of Facebook or Amazon but it would flop. You simply can’t execute like they can.
Biggest thing I look for is someone who has a clear laid out business plan. I want to see step by step how we would progress from a business side.
I don’t want to invest a bunch of time in some half ass project that is never going anywhere. Show me you’re ready to even start building an MVP.
I want to feel like it’s not me doing 90% of the work and the business guy is just sitting there.
