I’ve been in business a year and a half and I am profitable. On paper very profitable, as far as trying to support a family, not as profitable as I need.
I’m in the process of bringing team members on. I have my first one started and I’m looking at another one right now. I’m successful enough for the time being but I think there’s a lot of upside coming. That being said, I’m always toying with getting a part-time job or something

I’m pretty much restructuring my business right now to accommodate the changing economy. My market is probably stronger than many, but things aren’t normal right now.
One of my favorite quotes. Find a way you’re better and don’t be shy about it. I got that opportunity on Friday with a mutual contact with my main competitor. He asked me the difference between us and I was able to shift his business, affiliated businesses and referrals to me.

Talk to your CPA, you should have plenty of options. As a tax payer, you have clearly found a way around your disability, great job! Please get off public funding, we don’t want to pay for you.
I have met many wealthy people through my business. I’m in finance, they naturally show up. I started in banking. You get a quick idea who has money when you can see their balances. Ten years in and now being an entrepreneur, I talk to them daily.
I once had a CPA tell me his side business was a great cash business. Report enough, nobody asks.
