I was hoping to appeal to people who may have a Marketing job but not necessarily a degree in marketing. This has happened a lot over the past years, and I find myself educating clients on processes and terminology.

I guess that may have been a function of budget. Can I ask what they did and for how much?
I can see how they might do this if the timing and/or budget were very skimpy. Not a choice I’d make, though.
