  • Might be a bit different but generally “syncing” things. In a very general sense, when a change is made sometimes there’s a ton of other things affected that now need to be synced to the change.

So if let’s say we made a change to the pricing model, now we need to update the info page and everywhere else it shows old info on our platform. Could be updating the site, the socials, marketing resources, our email templates, etc.

Or compliance stuff. For example, I have a list of about 100+ resources we have to credit in our credits section one by one depending on the source and it’s requirements. So someone has to do that…

In general syncing stuff to new changes, and assisting with “compliance”-like things as I said or other management things that keep the company in “check” to compliance and changes.

It’s a bit like there’s the fresh, running version ofntje company… And then there’s all the things dragging it (compliance, checks, syncing, maintenance…).

    Other things alike.

  • As others say I commend your persistence.

I feel maybe you’re trying to go for a web design agency because it feels most natural and it’s also broad so you don’t actually need to do any of the “niche” aspect of a business AS much (which I guess might be weird as you’re actually trying to help people niche into their market fit). So question, would you envision this as THE agency to go to for building and validating where everyone goes to take their idea to MVP?

So with that in mind, your pricing should also be reflective for how widely adopted you want to be. If you’re going for $3k-5k, that’s a rather slim window of customers and you’re not really gonna be a “mainstream” option possibly just for the price not being “consumer friendly”. I think your price just reflects how much it carries (a very full service of many components). Do you think this aligns to your vision in terms of where your solution would be positioned in the market? Because if let’s say you wanna be on the line of go daddy for example, you’re 99% not underway with that pricing. You’d be something more like those really high end solutions in B2B that are mega packed with quality and quantity for high prices.

I also would consider the nature of entreprneurism. Low budgets, aiming to be as cheap as possible, etc. You want someone who knows exactly what they want enough to have the $ and be ready to spend it, but who also is unsure enough that they want your help over another dev agency. That seems confusing to me and the results from people who have money to spend but no real direction or knowledge may lead to failure.

In short. How will you deal with entrepreneurship’s natural failure rate considering that’s supposedly the highlight of your business?

  • You can try to think of the economy as is in its basic forms. Distribution, production, and consumption. Everything revolves around this… music, art, medicine, movies, clothing, everything. It’s all got production, distribution, and consumption in the process. So pick a niche for example, and analyze it logically. I recommend using pen and paper to outline your path and points.

You can build something to help solve or improve the process of DISTRIBUTION a product, or something to help PRODUCE a product, or something to help CONSUME that product.

Let’s say it’s a shovel. That’s a product, a “raw” material, you can later define how raw your products can be in your chosen industry (e.g. focus on the raw stone all the way to the molted shovel part). That’s relative. Either way let’s say it’s a shovel as is.

Who needs shovels? Shovels are needed by construction workers in construction sites (consumption), so you build a software to let’s say, help the workers better use the shovels by keeping track of their number of times it was used because they need the info for whatever reason.

Or, distribution. Let’s say shovel distributors/manufacturers/shops are having trouble finding a platform to sell their shovels on. So you go here, you can post your shovels here in this online database of ready to go shovel buyers. So you’ve achieved the distribution of a shovel.

Or production. Let’s say there’s trouble right now managing the production facility for the shovels, so here! I made a software to help you track materials use and schedule future batches of production.

The world is massive, just look around. Only thing is, don’t expect to just find “it” in a day by thinking… Same way you can think of imagining a book or movie, it comes to you while having breakfast. Same thing. You got your eye open, KEEP that mindset open with these basics in mind, you will spot something.

Once you pick an idea just keep going. Either it works or doesn’t and you move on. You’ll learn along the way good luck

  • I enjoy things like yoga, exercise, and movies or shows since they’re very immersive and almost make you kind of forget yourself. Art is also great. Anything like painting, wood working, crotchet, cycling, playing music, photography, ceramics, exercise hiking. All these are great ways to not only relax but also encourage the other side of your brain that’s less “organizational/logical” and more free and creative, altogether important for healing and replenishing just as sleep. For example, you can even join local groups or classes for something related to this so you reeeeally go for a ride every week. I know of many adults that attend ceramics or art classes or even languages at colleges to unwind in free time as an enriching activity. If you have the means, go to a spa weekly to get your skin taken care of or a nice massage. Stuff like that You’re not “thinking”/producing, you’re just letting yourself be taken for a ride in the activity. Just live lol it’s not all work, do your normal free time life just give it it’s time daily.

In other words whatever activities during which your mind goes blank or silent are good, ideally tending toward artistic can be very “therapeutic” and relaxing for the mind

  • Just get the word out however you can and can learn to. What matters is only keep going that’s all. With time you’ll learn what’s working or not, and if it’s a matter of your marketing or your product. You’ll figure it all out either way

With that said you can more specifically try things like reaching out to your network, posting about it online everywhere you can, try to possible even get the first service providers and then connect them to the buyers through your platform for payment to try to snowball it form there as a credibility statement. Maybe also affiliate working can be an idea as well to look into. Work your SEO as well, can take months bit done properly you can get a lot of organic traffic of high quality for free. That’s all free stuff. Other than that think of paid ads maybe when you’ve verified your model. Good luck just some ideas !
