You already have the tool yourself, so pick a niche and use your tool to find that niche’s ideal customers to ask if they’re in need of your niche’s product/service.
It sounds like you fear rejection.
Know that most people are going to tell you no, but it’s also not personal. They’re not telling you they’ll never buy, just not now. That means you can win them over later.
