+1 for the warehouse idea. I run a small ecommerce store and would totally use a semi-private micro-warehouse like this to store excess inventory for my basement business. Reach out to small local retailers or e-commerce folks you know. Offer to rent one or both stalls. Clean it out, add good lighting. Ask them if they want shelving included, and charge more if they do.
So glad to see EOS in here. So many people in this sub could benefit from operating their business in that way.
