I think the knowledge in this is high value but the presentation is not. Honestly if you turned this into a video class with multiple videos for each section (not hard if you lean into multiple examples) then it would be worth $100 easily. However as a 15 page document that starts as a sales funnel I would say not $100 yet. If you mocked it up more as an ebook, with clear chapters and subsections (and associated white space) I’d say you could sell it for say $27 easily but you would have to change the format to get $100 from it.
