Well done. Just follow your passion, go with what feels right and perhaps renew your friends/family circle. It seems like maybe they make you insecure. At your age I also started as entrepreneur and discovered quickly that the more I surrounded myself with others in the same field everything went great and yes, I have broken many friendships too, bcs it´s just a waste of time to prove yourself etc. Goodluck!
Would open a tiny mall with 15m2 shops and extreme low rent, like $200/month to give startups with physical goods a chance. So that is 5000sqft/15m2 (161sqft) = 30 shops. x $200 = $6k/month income. And perhaps that isn´t the jackpot but: on the longterm it will turn out for the good of you + the 30 shop owners. Goodluck and all the blessings.
