Went from ADP to Homebase to Toast. Really considering going back to Homebase. Toast doesn’t include scheduling, that’s done by Sling and there are so many limitations within that program. And Toast payroll is crap because you have to go through so many different screens to get people onboarded and then paid each time. Homebase was relatively easy to use, the app was stable, staff could understand it and communicate with us quickly, plus they had an early payout option for staff that didn’t impact us and if we needed to run an off cycle it didn’t cost any more.
