Consider that he and his robbery buddies may not be solely victimizing just you. This is the sort of thing you need to consult with law enforcement about because they may be a smaller part of a much larger effort.

I would also have a concern for your physical safety. These guys shot you and your father…and they had no idea whether those gunshots would turn out to be wounding or fatal in advance. This is to say, they apparently have zero concern about possibly murdering you and yours and, if he’s recorded speaking with someone and has knowledge of the circumstances of the incident that supposedly preceded his arrival at your workplace, he might be an accessory to attempted murder. That may seem far fetched but perhaps it’s not quite so out of the question as you might think.

I’d take care with confronting him at all, regardless. Your best bet is to consult with your attorney and local law enforcement before you do anything else.
