If you wouldn’t mind, I run a digital marketing agency and I always need good designers. I agree with the comment about AI or Indian designers but there are aspects of having someone close or in the states that can help not only manage those other designers as a lead but also help with client conversations because I get really big deals and I can’t have Indian resources on some of my calls just cause of my patience.
