The cool part of being an owner is you make the rules. Seems like there are a ton of great suggestions here on how to adjust everything to make it work for you. If you just stopped with making extra loan payments you would have the cash for operations staff, training program, local gym and still have the bandwidth to increase business and pay off loan early. You could cut you hours way down and make more moneys. You are only trapped in your mind. You own the business and are not an employee.
