1 year agoThis sounds pretty typical for SaaS products in this stage.
Once you get the acquisition channel up and converting, you typically need to pivot to retention.
It can take months or even year+ to get churn to ~5% or lower (negative churn is holy grail).
At this stage of the business it’s basically about setting KPIs and understanding which levers to pull to hit them.
