Do not buy anything you didn’t already intend to buy. The only advantage here is to buy the things you already know you’re going to need, and they’re at a substantially better price than you normally would find.

Ink, toner, paper, those things you know you will eventually need to replenish. But buying 2 years before you will actually need them is not a smart choice. Save your cash. You may need it later.

I used Medlin Payroll for years, and found it to be the best bang for my buck, regardless of how often you run payroll.

The guy who owns the company and provides support is an asshole but I only had to email him twice in about 12 years. Otherwise the product worked flawlessly.
