Just put your starting prices on your website with a thing that says no friends and family discounts. Direct them to your pricing page.

Hire baristas, get your parents out of the business, get it running smoothly, then hire a manager, and go back to what you want to do.

Also stop paying your student loans til you are more stable. They’ll let you put a hold on them because it sounds like you are basically living in poverty until your business functions properly.

It’s a hard road but worth it if you just fight through everything and run it lean.
