Business perspective: If something is working well and making me what I need to survive I’m not adding on more stress to myself by changing what I’m doing just to make more when I don’t actually need more money. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Personal perspective: I’m autistic and I just don’t like change. Changing my schedule is stressful. Something like this would mean a lot of changes to that persons schedule.
