You’d have to have the boba and teas prepped and ready and then have good cups and cute boba straws. You’d also need good ice and a good way to store it. Maybe even a cute sticker already put on the cup? There’s a boba shop near me and they keep the boba in a crockpot - I forget the reason, but you need to keep them a bit more so they don’t stick together I think? It makes their boba kinda hot and then makes the whole drink too warm. They could solve this by adding more ice or finding a way to lower the crockpot heat. Thought I’d give that as an example of something that needs to be watched out for
