  • Honestly 1400 is very cheap for what you actually need and what they’re offering. If you’re doing health consulting you’ll need someone more versed in web development in the health sector. Which has specific rules you have to follow.

For you I would honestly start with a static page with information and a simple form, take calls, use an excel sheet to track your sales. Then when you gather clients, hire a real agency to do this iteration.

Your best bet is to hire someone to do DevOps to set up a strong backend not just on another host ‘cheap host’.

I would quote you 15k at minimum for the whole website, content, and “socials” would be reoccurring % of ad spend. Also you should always ask if they understand your field before letting them create content for you. Web devs are your hired partners.

You can undertake the static page yourself and use the simple form for manual work. It’s about scaling and protecting your clients. Do it at a pace, don’t implement what you don’t need.

  • For twenty plus years there have been webhosts that provide WordPress templates with comprehensive hosting. WordPress is a one-click install already.

WordPress is free. A template with everything you have is 97$. What’s the difference? Why should I pay more?

What do you offer on your backend when I can get an entire WordPress host for 120/month on cloud?

Your inexperience shows heavily, especially because you didn’t perform a genuine SWOT to see what you could do better than those other products.
