When they open the forgiveness message, it require that they agree to turn their selfie camera on to capture the moment they are forgiven so that you can see if they look remorseful. Shamefully stupid. Worst part is we spent tons on the promo video but the more effective video cost 10x less than the bigger budget one. Having said all that, lots of lessons learned and wouldn’t change a thing.
