Hi guys! I really need some help

Okey, so some backstory. I launched a functional food brand in 2022, did the whole dance- developed products, got relationships with factories and suppliers, got all the grosserystores etc etc etc. Everything went great until I raised money from some bad investors. I could not stand working under these conditions so I successfully left the company and sold my stock- oh well, I came out of it in a good way. Onto the next company

I recently got a great oppertunity to start a company together with a group of people I have really wanted to work with for a long time. Today they produce liquor and I will work with the residual products from their production.

We will produce washer fluid, I really like this idea because my big interest in cars. We have so much wind in our back. For example we have a foot into Motorsport (Porsche cup- our logo on some cars and a booth at every race), great connection into many big workshop franchises and car dealerships, cheap ingredients because of connections etc etc etc. Im really exited to start selling and build this into a real company.

I have everything ready, I have primed future distributors with branded liquor (from our own production that looks like washer fluid :) ), made the brand book, have a recipe that in theory will work great, gotten all the suppliers, got the fragrance just right, CRM systems is done, all the prices are done etc etc. I also got several distributors that are eager to try our products.

Now to my concerns, The chemicals in small quantities should have been delivered last week, but now have been delayed. I can’t make a prototype to show my future customers. Im doing everything I can think of to solve this delay (new suppliers, buy chemicals from other sources, use alternative chemicals etc etc)

What the F**K can I do to keep moving forward in this “waiting time”- I can’t just wait, I have to keep being productive and build the company!

All tips and insights are appreciated!
