Does anyone know of a payroll service that can handle folks with ITINs? We’re currently using ADP and they simply want to pay them as 1099’s which our accountant tells us is not a good idea. We reached out to multiple services without finding a real solution. TIA

Most ITIN holders don’t have authorization (green card) to work. Curious, did you tell them they are ITINs, or did their validation reveal that?
