Hello all! I run a cleaning business and am trying to get new clients. I was wondering if it’s better to go to the location in person to speak to a manager/see if they’re looking for a new cleaner or would a call suffice? I was calling realtors off of google but apparently they get charged for those leads, which I’d like to avoid since I’m just a vendor and not a customer

I manage a biz in Nyc and I get three of those calls a day, though if you walked in you’d prob get the same response “please take me off your list”. Work on SEO and ads. Even if we needed someone, I’ve learned not to trust the cold callers.

Make a website instead. If you have one, work on updating more content to improve seo. See where people can find you if they are looking.
